Tyler Owen, PA-C serves as the on-site Medical Director at AERIS, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a well-rounded medical background to the practice. Born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Tyler's approach to patient care is grounded, thoughtful, and evidence-based. He earned his undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 2016, gaining early hands-on experience in diagnostic medicine. From 2016 to 2020, Tyler worked in hospital laboratory settings at both UNM Hospital and Lovelace Medical Center, where he developed a deep understanding of clinical testing, diagnostics, and patient care from behind the scenes. Driven to expand his clinical impact, Tyler went on to complete Physician Assistant training, graduating in 2022. Since then, he has practiced across multiple specialties including plastic surgery, family medicine, urgent care, and pain management, giving him a broad and balanced perspective on both aesthetic and medical care. At AERIS, Tyler oversees all medical services and protocols. His role includes supervision of the medical weight loss program, men's hormone therapy, and the performance of advanced injectable treatments. He is known for his meticulous standards, patient-first mindset, and commitment to safe, ethical, and effective outcomes. Outside of clinical practice, Tyler enjoys weightlifting, attending concerts, gaming, and spending quality time with his family. Above all, he is a devoted father to two daughters — a role that continues to shape his compassionate, grounded approach to medicine.

Lorraine Duran-Maldonado leads the front-of-house experience at AERIS, overseeing scheduling, intake, billing, and daily patient flow with a refined, detail-oriented approach. She ensures each client interaction is seamless, organized, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Recognized for her professionalism and warm, polished presence, Lorraine plays a central role in guiding clients through their experience—supporting service selection, memberships, and ongoing care. Her commitment to excellence helps define the elevated standard of service at AERIS. Outside of AERIS, Lorraine is a devoted wife and mother of four sons, and values time spent with her family above all.
